Inevitably the question comes up—what does NADAP stand for?

NADAP was founded nearly forty years ago with a single purpose—providing employment services for targeted individuals reentering the job market. The NADAP acronym represented a name for that singular purpose. Over the years, NADAP became an organization delivering a range of services including assessment, case management, training and workforce development services to businesses and diverse populations.

We simply outgrew our name.

The NADAP name is well known by clients, businesses, community-based organizations and government agencies. Rather than changing our name and losing our branded identity, we chose to continue using the NADAP name.
