Earlier this week, NADAP’s President & CEO John Darin visited our Career Compass Brooklyn office for another "Breakfast with the President."
At the event, John opened up about the career path that led him to NADAP's leadership while employees shared their own professional paths.

🌎 Happy #EarthDay! Yesterday, our Social Committee hosted a gardening activity where we planted seedlings using 100% recyclable materials.
We enjoyed learning how to nurture our little green friends and do our part to reduce plastic waste globally.

Our Health Home Care Coordination program has reduced the number of clients’ days in the hospital—in some cases up to 72%.

82% of our Health Home Care Coordination clients have better mental and physical health within six months.
IMPROVED JOB READINESS
More than 18,500 career assessments were completed in our Workforce Programs last year.
REDUCED UNEMPLOYMENT
Our Job Placement Programs assisted more than 650 individuals to find employment last year.
